Could it be a yeast infection?

Sounds like you may have vulvovaginitis which is basically a fancy word for inflammation or infection of the internal and external genitalia. The only way to know for sure what is causing this is to go to the doctor and get a vaginal exam and wet mount. Why should you have to suffer? Go to the doctor and get this resolved. Good luck.
