What is Romano saying when he's choking Feliciano in Hetalia episode 23?

In episode 23 Romano says something like ,"Tell me right now that you're...or i'll keep choking you!" And I can't understand what he says, could someone tell me please? I think he might be saying lewd, but i'm not sure.
