I Really need help can anyone help me Its about prom ?

okay well.. i'm getting spots on my face and my prom is tomorrow and when i put foundation over it you can tell there's a bump from my spot. i want to do that thing where you put your face over steaming water and sit there for a bit but how long do i sit there for? can anyone please help my proms tomorrow and i need them to go :'(
