Why do New Yorkers still support Rep. Wiener?

He's shown very poor judgment. How can you trust someone to lead when they've show such recklessness? How can you trust someone to make sound and responsible decisions that will affect your life, when he's clearly shown he's neither responsible or sound? The argument that what he does in him private life doesn't affect his public life and how he does his job, is a lot of baloney. Even other Dems say he's the bad apple ruining their agendas. All the attention/stir he's causing is taking the focus off what they are trying to get passed. He is dumb enough to use his real name and send out lewd photos, sext unknown women who don't even want this sent to them, use his federal office to take these pics in, lie about it for 10 days and then accuse the person who broke the story of hacking his twitter account. Does that sound like someone who should lead the public? Then he boohoos and says I'm sorry. Too little too late. All he's proven is that he's a liar and a cheat. Yes, everyone deserves a second chance, but really? What's next New York? Are you going to make him Mayor? Don't you want someone you can encourage your kids to just like? Shouldn't you want someone that is above reproach? Shouldn't you hold anyone in public office to a higher standard?
