HELP ME PLEASE ! What Places Is Hiring 17 Year Olds ? Clothing Stores, Shoe Stores, Grocery Stores Etc.?

i am 17 years old going on 18 in two months. i`ve been looking for a job since i was 16 years old and still no luck. i am going to be a senior in high school and i wanna be the one who pay for my graduation , prom , school fee etc. Please comment if you are a manager or have been working in a place for years that is hiring teenagers around my age. And Include the process i have to do to get the job. Please & Thanks :)
