Can I file a complaint for slander?

Can some1 please tell me how I can file a complaint or lawsuit on some1 4 slander in Ausitn Texas. Long story, ever since my husband's ex found out that we are expecting or 1st child in just a few days she has become extremely upset and confintational. They have a 3yr old duaghter 2gether and ever since they broke up 6months haivng her after and my husband got with me she has been on us constantly. We have had 2 change our #'s 3 times bc she calls and texts threating things and nude photos of herself at 1st as an atempt 2 get my husband back. When he changed his # she came numerous times 2 our apartment trying 2 fight me eventho she has a restraining order and in one case actually hitting me but I couldnt do nothing about that with the police bc they daid that I hit her back. Since then I have filed on her once and my brother filed on her twice for sending lewd texts and pornographic videos and the cops have don nothing. Now 3 yrs later she has started back up again even worse now and out of nowhere is accusing my husband sexually abusing or actually teaching her obscene things, says he taught her how 2 say c0ck ( sorry ) and how 2 hump things. So now cps is calling. This is completely untrue as "I" was actually the one that took care of his daughter last time she came bc he had worked over night and couldnt stay up and play with her. I have all her dirty texts even from 3 yrs ago and her pictures and would like 2 know if I can used those as evidence that she is the 1 who is teaching their daughter these things and that she unfit and I would also like 2 do whatever I can for slander as well.
