Has anyone noticed how Turkish men seem to be extremely horny in general?

Ok I have several female friends in European countries; mostly in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, and one French chick. They all seem to complain about how Turkish men seem to hit on them on a near daily basis. They complain about how lewd these men are and how disrespectful they treat women as well. From how they explain it, Turkish men seem to have a 24/7 hard on and they only seem to pursue after white european women. This is kinda hard for me to swallow, but they complain about it a lot; so there must be some grain of truth in it. I'm curious to know others opinions and experiences if you're willing to tell them.
