HELP! Anyone know how to get hair dye off skin?

Yesterday I dyed my hair and got it everywhere. I died it dark brown but it came out black. Anyways, its stained all the back of my neck and ear. I need to get it off ASAP because I have prom tonight. Any ideas in how to get it off please? D:
