Illegal alien charged with lewd act against a child in Oklahoma did father violate illegals human rights?

Let them file as suit it wont get them far.I say let the parents of this poor child file a suit against our govt for allowing these people to be here in the first place.Our govt is suppose to protect their citizens and they are not doing their job that we pay them for.
