Is this sexual harassment? And should I contact someone about it, besides Facebook?

I got on Facebook today to find out I was put on a "Bustoe" page. They took one of my profile pictures and then made an lewd comment saying that I slept around with anyone and everyone and that I'm so nasty cockroaches are crawling out of my vagina. I find this to be harassing and now everyone's asking me about it and I have people-who don't even know my friends friends-friend requesting me, like I'm totally embarrassed about it. I know its cyber-bullying but I wanted to also see if it was sexual harassment and I wanted to know who all I should contact about it besides Facebook.
