Question about who we should contact for a hotel room to stay cause water damage in ours is being fix?

There was a fire in the condo in front of us and there is water damage resulting from that fire in our condo. They have been torn up the carpet and recently removed the drywall in the living room and sprayed some kind of mold spray that is very strong in odor. There is also a fan or humidifier on 24/7 while doing this. My family has been confined to our master bedroom and we eat, sleep, and do everything in our master bedroom. We also have to keep the door closed to try to keep out the smell and noise. It doesn't look like they are anywhere near to being finished. We really need to find another place to stay but can't afford a hotel room during this time especially if we're going to need the room for more than a couple of days. Should we call our renter's insurance to see if they can provide a hotel room for us to stay during this time or is it our landlord or the person who caused the fire insurance company that is responsible? We don't have money to pay for the room and then submit for reimbursement later but we really need someplace to go. The smell is making us nauseous and sick and I don't want to think about what its doing to our 3yr old.
